- Keep your preserved roses in a comfortable room temperature environment.
If dust accumulates after a few months, gently remove it using a soft duster. - Store the lid on the side of the bottom of the box for easy access.
- Be mindful when handling the arrangement; it’s delicate and requires gentle treatment.
DON’T:
- Preserved roses don’t need water. Avoid any moisture exposure.
- Keep the arrangement away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
- Refrain from placing anything into the florals to avoid damage.
- The florals are securely arranged; avoid removing them from the box or vase.

Return policy
If an order was delivered on time and you are not satisfied with the quality of the arrangement, then we will be happy to replace the arrangement. To request a replacement, you shall contact us within 24 hours of the delivery. Please, keep in mind that flowers are perishable. Never place flowers in direct sunlight or near any source of excessive heat. No refunds or replacements will be made for any order should we not be notified within 24 hours of the original service date.

We will replace any unavailable flowers with similar ones of equal value, maintaining the arrangement's style and theme. Vases or containers may also be substituted with similar items.
